Not great but resolved very quickly. Well done team.

The fragrance is very different to the original. Not what I expected and nowhere as nice as the original.

This issue was resolved VERY quickly and the new fragrance is exceptional. An option of a replacement at no cost and a sample of a fragrance similar to the original, although under a different name, was sent and we agreed to getting a reed diffuser in the alternative was supplied without delay.
