Once your candle has finished burning, clean jar with warm, soapy water.

 In warm weather, refill candle might expand. In this case, place refill in fridge for an hour to shrink the wax, before popping into glass jar.

Or try our full proof method: 

If the refill doesn't slip all the way down into the jar, then put your jar containing the refill in a heatproof bowl.

 Fill the bowl to just under the rim of the jar with boiling water. 

 The heat warms the refill and it will drop down into place.

 Watch your fingers as you take the jar out it might be hot!
