1. Delivery

Free Delivery on orders over $80.00 except Great Barrier Island & Waihiki Island

Domestic (NZ) orders: $8 per order for purchases under $80

International Shipping: We do ship internationally - please email us for a quote.

Saturday Delivery: Sorry, but we are not able to offer Saturday deliveries. 

Processing: All items are dispatched within 1-2 days

Service: We use PBT couriers

Delivery times: South Island - 1 day, North Island and South of South Island - 2 days, Rural and North of North Island -  3 days.

2. Returns Procedure.

You will be liable for any charges in relation to returning any unwanted items unless the item is faulty or delivered in error. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging or we will not be able to accept the item. We do not accept returns delivered by hand. Please note we cannot refund any carriage charges that are incurred in relation to returning unwanted or faulty items, if an item is faulty we will arrange for this to be collected. 3. Return of Faulty/Incorrectly Sent Items (NZ)

If you wish to return a faulty item or an item that was sent to you incorrectly please email us at with your name, daytime telephone number and address of where the goods need to be collected from, plus your original order number and a brief explanation of the fault or incorrectly sent items. We will email confirmation that the collection has been arranged. We will then process the return on receipt of the goods. Refunds & exchanges can take 3-5 working days to be processed. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will reasonably allow, & therefore not deemed as a fault.
